Services

Three directions of work

Information review and verification

We review information and materials supplied by clients and check them against the sources they come from and the rules that apply to them: completeness of content, factual consistency with the source, terminology, format and units of measurement. Issues found are documented and prepared as structured findings for the client’s team.

Review operations and quality control

We organise and run the day-to-day review process: keeping the team working to the current version of the rules, checking that the same criteria are applied to comparable cases, documenting exceptions and preparing material for the client’s reporting. The goal is a stable, repeatable process in which the same case receives the same assessment, whoever reviews it.

Data and content analysis

We analyse and structure reference data and content for digital products: food and nutrition databases, educational materials and medical reference data such as classifiers and code systems. The work covers checking completeness and consistency, mapping between reference systems, finding gaps, duplicates and discrepancies, and preparing methodologies and structured specifications that product teams can implement directly.

PRATIMUU does not develop software. Where a project needs software tools, PRATIMUU commissions them from specialised development companies and remains responsible for the content and methodology.

Projects

Selected work

NeuroLearn learning materials: a comic-style mini-lab sheet and a textbook-style page

Educational materials for NeuroLearn

Project: NeuroLearn, adaptive learning platform (Slovenia) · 2026
Context

NeuroLearn keeps the standard school curriculum but changes how material is presented to match each child’s cognitive profile, which requires the same content in several formats, including visual ones.

Role

PRATIMUU prepared the specification and analysed the source data for the project, then commissioned the development of the necessary software tools from a specialised development company, Valas OÜ – Podružnica v Sloveniji, and accepted the work stage by stage: specification and source-data analysis, functional prototype, deployment. PRATIMUU checks the materials produced for the platform against the source texts, the exercises and the project’s requirements — completeness of information, factual consistency, terminology and format — and prepares structured findings for the project team.

Outcome

Educational materials systematically verified against their source information and the project’s predefined requirements, with structured quality-control results available to the client.

EatBeat app: dish cards from the food reference database

Food information database verification

Client: Eat Beat OÜ, Estonia · 2025–2026
Context

EatBeat uses structured food and nutrition information in its mobile application. The reliability of the product depends on the completeness and consistency of the underlying reference information.

Role

PRATIMUU reviews, verifies and organises the information held in the client’s food database: product and brand records, nutrient values and units of measurement, incomplete or inconsistent records, duplicates and gaps. The information is checked against the client’s internal data rules and the reference standards used by the project, and structured corrections are prepared for the client’s team.

Outcome

A structured food reference database with information verified for completeness and consistency, prepared for further use in the client’s product.

Cattle Care video monitoring: a milking parlour camera frame with a worker–animal interaction

Video-based information review and categorisation

Client: Cattle Care, USA · since 2024
Context

The client uses video recordings from dairy farms to obtain structured information about interactions between workers and animals in different production zones. Comparable results require clearly defined event categories, severity levels, time boundaries and exceptions.

Role

PRATIMUU reviews the information obtained from the video materials and sorts it according to the client’s category system. As part of the ongoing review process, PRATIMUU systematises event definitions, categories and sub-categories, severity levels, exceptions and zone-specific criteria. Cases that do not fit the existing categories are documented, so that the criteria can be clarified and applied consistently to subsequent information.

Outcome

Video-based information organised according to a consistent category system, which lets comparable data be prepared for the client’s reporting.

Maternity Area information review

Client: same · since 2024
Context

Information from maternity areas covers specific types of interaction — handling newborn calves, feeding and assistance during calving — which require additional criteria.

Role

PRATIMUU systematises and applies the criteria used for the information obtained from this production zone. The review records correct interactions as well as identified violations and distinguishes between types of event according to predefined criteria.

Outcome

Structured and consistently reviewed information about events in maternity areas, prepared for the client’s reporting and feedback processes.

Ongoing information review and quality control

Client: same · since 2024
Context

The project involves regular review of large volumes of information from different farm zones. For the resulting data to stay comparable, the same criteria have to be applied consistently throughout the review process.

Role

PRATIMUU carries out the ongoing review and quality control: checking results against the current rules, documenting exceptional cases, keeping structured information about changes to the rules and making sure review results remain consistent as the criteria are updated.

Outcome

Consistently reviewed information, prepared for use in the client’s reports to farms.
